The beans come from a Peru farm, Sorgo Negro, raised by Xavier Arteaga. Taught how to cultivate coffee from his father, now 60 Xavier is passing down his knowledge of coffee to his daughters and son. The coffee is like the farm – saturated with cleanliness and soft light, a pervasive sense of serenity and peace, health and vitality.
