Start by mashing 1 BANANA with 1 EGG
Add 1 TSP YOGURT (preferably sugar-free)
2 TBS MAPLE SYRUP
1 TSP VANILLA
1 TBS COCONUT SUGAR
2 TBS GREEN DREAM SUPERFOOD POWDER by Philosophie
1/2 CUP SPELT FLOUR
1 TBS CINNAMON + NUTMEG
WALNUTS (optional)
Combine well then cook on high heat in animal fat or olive oil or any butter
